Thank you for shopping with us at Free Spirit Outlet! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below. Our policy offers different options depending on whether you opted into our Redo program at checkout.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: All items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Discounted Items: Items discounted by 20% or more are eligible only for exchange and cannot be returned for a refund.
If You Opted into Redo (with Package Protection)
Customers who chose our Redo program at checkout receive enhanced return and exchange benefits, including free return shipping and package protection. Here's how it works:

Access the Redo Portal: Visit our Redo portal at this link to initiate your return or exchange.

Generate a Free Return/Exchange Label: Follow the instructions in the portal to create your return or exchange label. Print it and attach it to your package.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and drop off the package at the carrier location.
Note: With Redo, return shipping is free, and exchanges are processed quickly. Additionally, package protection is included, so if your package is lost or stolen in transit, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.
If You Did Not Opt into Redo
If you did not opt into the Redo program during checkout, you can still return or exchange items, but the process differs slightly:

Initiate Your Return: Please email our customer service team at info@freespiritoutlet.com to initiate your return or exchange. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and necessary details.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if you did not select Redo. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost packages without Redo protection.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued for eligible items once received, typically within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that meet the eligibility criteria, but the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if they did not opt into the Redo program.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
