They have the best fitting workout clothes I’ve tried on yet. I usually buy lululemon but if i compare the two, Free spirit is so much more flattering and better quality for a lower price. The employees are so nice and very helpful.

What Size Sports Bra Do I Get ?
For the most part our sports bras are very true to size. There are 2 however that are the first to size up in when in between sizes! Extra Strappy Bra because of its Strong Band and The Crossover Bra because of its thin straps and completely backless design.
What Size Bottoms Do I Get ?
Jean sizes are the best reference 0-4(xx-xs), 4-6(S), 8-10(M), 10-12(L), 14+(XL)
We most likely recomend sizing down in size from most other activewear brands.
Our Bottoms are all made out of a very stretchy fabric with lots of hip room. Most people are happy in 2-3 sizes!
Seamless Mini Bikers are typically the first bottoms to Size up in but not common.
